Baghdad, The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received, at Baghdad Palace today, Monday, the delegation of the Community Opinion Authority, headed by Sheikh Abboud Waheed Al-Issawi.
The President of the Republic stressed the necessity of consolidating the security and stability achieved in the country and starting towards enhancing the prospects for development, construction and reconstruction, pointing to the need to highlight the true picture of the stable situation in the country.
He touched on the importance of the role of societal elites, including clans, in fortifying society and limiting negative phenomena and influences that entered our societies as a result of various factors, which requires concerted efforts to curb negative phenomena.
