Thousands of people of all walks of life participated in a rally in Brussels Saturday afternoon to express their solidarity with Ukraine, a year after Russia invaded the country.
The marchers waved large Ukrainian flags and chanted slogans condemning the war and carried placards with slogans like ‘Stop the war’.
According to the police, 5,000 people took part in the rally, which was organized by an NGO called Promote Ukraine.
