The General Directorate of Traffic said that its continues to provide its facilities through the e-services and the private centres for technical examination of vehicles.

“More than 888,000 e-services were processed in 2022 of 35 services through the e-Government portal and the etraffic app”, said Director-General of Traffic Brigadier Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa.

In a statement today, Brig. Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa said that 80% of minor accidents were processed through the application.

He pointed out that the private technical examination centres registered more than 166,000 vehicles, reflecting the success of the privatising service that spread in all governorates through cooperation with the private sector.

He revealed that the directorate continues receiving requests to open more centres.
