H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has sent a cable of congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan. Sheikh Saud wished the people of the UAE and the Arab and Muslim nations further prosperity and development. He also sent a similar cable to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and the Supreme Council Members, Their Highnesses Rulers of the Emirates. The Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain congratulated Kings, presidents and leaders of the Arab and Islamic countries on the occasion. H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, sent similar cables of congratulations to the UAE Leaders, Crown Princes and Deputy Rulers, as well as leaders of GCC and Arab and Muslim nations on the occasion.
