UMM AL QAIWAIN: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, mourned the passing of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the late Emir of Kuwait.
The Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain prayed to Allah Almighty to rest his soul in peace, and to grant patience and solace to his family and the people of Kuwait.
