DUBAI: Nineteen Arab countries celebrated the Arab Day for the participating countries at the 33rd Arab Scout Camp that Dubai is hosting for the first time.

The event is being held under the patronage of the H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, with the participation of more than 1,500 scouts.

The Arab Scout Camp is a gathering of scouts and guides from all Arab countries to exchange experiences and promote cooperation and cultural understanding between Arab youth.

The celebration included a variety of events, including scout competitions, workshops, cultural and artistic activities that reflect the diversity and richness of Arab heritage, alongside sports events and entertainment competitions to promote sportsmanship and social cohesion among participants.

This annual occasion is of great importance in strengthening the cultural and social ties between Arab youth, as knowledge, common heritage and experiences are exchanged a
mong participants.
