The Palestinian Ministry of Health, affiliated with the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip, announced on Sunday that the death toll as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombing of the Strip had risen to 2,450 people.The ministry announced in a brief statement, “2,450 citizens were martyred and 9,200 others were injured,”
