Defense Minister attends graduation ceremony of military health institutes

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production Gen. Mohamed Zaki attended Saturday 29/10/2022 the graduation ceremony of the 6th male and 5th female batches of the military health institutes.

The new male batch was named after Martyr Saad Ibrahim Abdel Gawwad while the female batch was named after Martyr Mostafa El Azab Khalil El Azab.

Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Osama Askar attended the ceremony alongside commanders of the main branches and senior officers of the Armed Forces.

The ceremony included physical exercises and shooting shows that prove the graduates’ combat skills and capabilities.

The graduates displayed their specialized nursing skills and advanced methods to use the latest medical devices and equipment with high accuracy in a performance they gave with the help of simulation rooms.

Zaki awarded top graduates the “Medal of Military Duty 3rd Class”, the granting of which has been approved by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, in recognition of their distinguished performance during their years of study.

Meanwhile, the head of the Armed Forces Logistics Authority, Ahmed Seifi, gave a speech in which he thanked the General Command for its continuous support, which contributes to upgrading the educational system for a better professional performance.

At the end of the ceremony, Zaki delivered a speech, conveying greetings of President Sisi to the new graduates and their families, hailing the nursing staff role in providing advanced health care to patients.
