Shoukry, NATO secretary general confer on boosting cooperation

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry conferred in Brussels on Monday with Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg.

Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez said in a tweet that the meeting tackled boosting cooperation between both sides in the different domains including combating terrorism and illegal migration in addition to a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.

Shoukry is currently visiting Brussels where he held a number of meetings with his European counterparts.

Shoukry will deliver a message from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to President of the European Council Charles Michel.
