Manama, Minister of Youth Affairs Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi received Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) Director-General Dr. Raed Mohammed Bin Shams.
The minister highlighted the efforts of Lamea Program in developing Bahraini youth skills.
She stressed the support of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in encouraging the youth to participate further in skill development initiatives.
The meeting also discussed ways to develop the program’s third edition.
“The brilliant outcomes of Lamea’s first and second versions confirmed Bahrain’s prominent youth capacity to achieve national goals in the public and private sectors,” Tawfiqi said.
She stressed the important role of the ministry and BIPA in the program’s success and in advancing national skills.
Bin Shams said that the distinguished program was based on studies and scientific methodologies that reflected positively on the outputs and goals to prepare the youth for distinguished leadership positions.
