PM: State ready to provide all support to push for tourism growth

Despite the challenges facing the national tourism industry, such as running financially distressed hotels, the State is totally ready to provide all forms of support to push for growth in this vital sector, given its promising opportunities, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli said.

He said an upcoming national economic conference, expected within few days, will dedicate an entire session to discuss how to promote the tourism industry.

Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Abbas briefed the premier his ministry’s efforts to operate low-cost flights, and offer more facilitations to increase tourist arrivals.
